Jen brings her passion, experience, and expertise to every session. She has a background in strength training, speed and agility, and working with athletes of all levels to prevent injuries and excel in their field. Her rich coaching experience includes leadership roles with New West Soccer Club, STMC Girls Soccer, Fraser River BC Summer Games squad, and BC Soccer, and has won both league and cup championships with teams U13-U18 at provincial competitions. Jen’s coaching philosophy is centered around the player, fostering trust, respect, commitment, and dedication on and off the field. Passionate about the beautiful game, and in particular encouraging and helping children empower themselves through sport!
Fall Academy Training
Our flagship Full 90 Academy program is designed to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Through a structured and progressive 15-week training plan, participants will work on technical ability, decision-making, and fitness while having fun in a supportive environment. Full90 T-shirt included! Dates: Sept. 13, 2025 – Dec. 21, 2025 (15 weeks) Cost: $450 (15 sessions)

BC Soccer Provincial Coaching Certificate
Paul has played and coached soccer for many years. He represented BC provincially at U16 and U18 levels before an ACL injury shifted his focus to coaching. He has coached at the North Shore Development Centre (U5-U16), the North Shore Girls Soccer Club player academy, and for many years with the U12 girls. A longtime New Westminster resident, Paul has coached for the New Westminster Soccer Club and NWSS high school teams. He currently leads a K–7 development program at Walter Moberly Elementary in Vancouver. Paul is passionate about developing young athletes and helping them reach their potential through positive, engaging coaching!
Friday First Kicks
Join Coach Paul Myers for our First Kicks program, a fun and exciting 14-week soccer experience for kids born in 2019, 2020, and 2021! Sessions are filled with technical drills, imaginative games, and age-appropriate activities designed to boost confidence and foster a love for soccer. A perfect introduction to the game for young players!
- Fridays, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Sept 12 – Dec 19, 2025 (14 sessions) (No session on Oct. 31)

- Cost: $420 (14 sessions)

2.5 Hour Session Breakdown:
- 15 min setup
- 1 hour field time
- 1 hour party room

Available Add-ons:
- Additional children: $15 per child (maximum 20 kids total)
- Soccer coach for field activities (1 hour): $75
- Extra session time: $50 per 30 minutes
